Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation can be initiated by a paid user at any point of time, however it will be cancelled only after the end of the period for which payment has been made, after which no payments will be automatically deducted from their choice of mode of payment.

Monthly Subscription users may cancel their subscription anytime by visiting https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/bIYdRN9bsfRD1uU9AA

Monthly Subscription users on Razorpay may cancel their subscription anytime by going to their preferred UPI application through which they paid the plan fees (e.g. Google Pay, PhonePe etc.). The process is as follows -

a) Click on your Profile Picture on your preferred app
b) Click on Autopay
c) Click on "Live"
d) Click on Draft Bot Pro and press the "Cancel" button which is shown at the bottom of the screen

Request for cancellation of subscription via email will only be processed if done at least 3 days prior to the date of renewal. The user can always cancel at any time prior to the date of renewal by visiting the website link given above.

If cancellation is requested via email within just 3 days of the date of renewal, it may not get processed and therefore no refund will be given if the user is charged. In this case, the user’s subscription will get cancelled at the end of the period for which payment has been made.

Refunds

Refunds for the Monthly Subscription can be initiated by contacting us on our email address [email protected] and will be processed within 10 days. Refunds can only be asked within 05 days of the initial purchase, failing which it will amount to a cancellation of your subscription as a paid user and it will be cancelled only after the end of the period for which payment has been made, after which no payments will be automatically deducted from their choice of mode of payment.

We reserve the right to not offer any pro-rata based refunds.
